Ukrainian development company DIM and investor Maksym Krippa have officially announced a strategic partnership. Its goal is to accelerate the implementation of existing construction projects and initiate new large-scale real estate projects.
Dim-Bud announced a significant event that will affect the construction market of the capital. This decision opens up new prospects for the development of the industry and the implementation of large-scale real estate projects.
Thanks to this partnership, DIM will be able to ensure a continuous pace of construction and timely commissioning of facilities, regardless of sales. This will allow the company to develop steadily even in the face of market fluctuations.
What is known about the parties to the transaction
Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa is actively investing in real estate, expanding his presence in the sector. In 2023, he became the owner of the Parus business center in Kyiv, and in 2024, he acquired the historic Ukraine Hotel. His decision to support DIM’s projects was guided by common principles of doing business in today’s environment and his belief in the sustainability and prospects of the Ukrainian real estate market.
Oleksandr Nasikovsky, founder and managing partner of DIM Group, emphasized that attracting an investor like Maksym Krippa gives the company financial flexibility. This allows the company to be independent of sales, maintain a stable pace of construction, and guarantee investors timely project implementation. In addition, the partnership opens up prospects for launching new initiatives that will meet current market trends.
Why DIM is looking for a new partner
Since 2022, the real estate market has experienced a significant decline, which has significantly affected sales. To resume active work, continue construction and launch new projects, the company needs additional capital, explains Oleksandr Nasikovsky.
DIM Group has a large-scale project portfolio covering more than 900,000 square meters of real estate in Kyiv and the region. Among the completed projects are 3,670 commissioned apartments and over 355,922 sqm of residential and commercial space.
Currently, the company is working on six projects with a total area of over 346,000 square meters. The high professional level of DIM is confirmed by numerous industry awards that emphasize its leadership in the construction industry.
