{"id":2200,"date":"2024-10-03T11:47:18","date_gmt":"2024-10-03T09:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zaporignews.com.ua\/?p=2200"},"modified":"2025-11-11T22:12:02","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T20:12:02","slug":"vlasnyk-komandy-navi-maks-krippa-otrymav-dozvil-vid-amku-na-kupivlyu-parusu-v-kyyevi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zaporignews.com.ua\/en\/news\/2200-vlasnyk-komandy-navi-maks-krippa-otrymav-dozvil-vid-amku-na-kupivlyu-parusu-v-kyyevi\/","title":{"rendered":"Maksym Krippa, owner of the NAVI team, received permission from the AMCU to buy Parus in Kyiv"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved an agreement to sell Parus Holding LLC, currently owned by Vadym Stolar, to Ola Fine, a company owned by businessman Maksym Krippa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This became known on November 30 in a report on the <a href=\"https:\/\/amcu.gov.ua\/news\/informaciya-pro-rishennya-amku-30112023\">AMCU&#8217;s decision<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the YouControl service, <a href=\"https:\/\/zaporignews.com.ua\/en\/tag\/ola-fajn\/\">Ola Fine LLC<\/a>, which is controlled by businessman Maksym Krippa through the ARS Capital fund, will be entitled to own Parus Holding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is known that <a href=\"https:\/\/zaporignews.com.ua\/en\/tag\/vadym-stolar\/\">businessman Vadym Stolar<\/a>, who owns 80% of Parus Holding through the Genesis fund, together with his ex-wife Inna Maistruk, who owned the remaining 20% through the Stream Investment fund, completed the deal with Maksym Krippa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Market analysts commented that the deal was an important event in the real estate market, reflecting the strategic moves of investment asset owners in Kyiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parus Business Center, a Class A business center consisting of 33 floors and covering an area of 70 thousand square meters, is located in the center of Kyiv. Parus Holding includes Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, which owns the Parus shopping and office center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business center &#8220;Parus&#8221; &#8211; characteristics of the skyscraper<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The class of the <a href=\"https:\/\/zaporignews.com.ua\/en\/tag\/hmarochos-parus\/\">Parus business center<\/a> is &#8220;A&#8221;, which indicates carefully thought-out engineering and technical solutions. The <strong>total area of the building is 70 thousand square meters<\/strong>, making it one of the largest business centers in Kyiv. Its 33 floors include office space, conference rooms, as well as restaurants and cafes for a comfortable stay of employees and visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A huge parking lot for 300 cars provides convenient parking. Also, for those who choose a more environmentally friendly way of transportation, free bicycle parking for 12 places is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>infrastructure of Parus includes modern air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems<\/strong> that provide a comfortable working environment for all employees.
